A respected leader in Central Florida real estate, Donna Dunaway has been the driving force behind CENTURY 21 Affiliates since 1993. With her real estate license dating back to 1991 and a career built on integrity, leadership, and service, Donna is not only the Broker/Owner—she’s the heart and history of the company. Her decades of industry involvement span well beyond the office. Donna has proudly served on numerous committees and boards with the Ocala Marion County Association of REALTORS® (OMCAR), including both the MLS and Association sides. She was also a longstanding and dedicated member of the Ocala Council for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR), helping shape the local real estate community for years. Before real estate, Donna spent over 20 years in the travel industry—an early sign of her passion for helping others navigate big journeys. She and her late husband Elmer retired to Marion County from Ohio in 1990, where they ran Circle D, a well-known horse farm that produced several racing champions—including the unforgettable “Death and Taxes.” A fierce supporter of law enforcement and the U.S. Military, Donna raised her family with Marine Corps values and proudly honors the legacy of Elmer’s 30+ years of service as a Cincinnati police officer. Whether mentoring agents, advocating for clients, or representing the company with unwavering grace, Donna remains the face—and foundation—of CENTURY 21 Affiliates.
