As Director of Operations, Donna wears many hats—coordinating listings and pending sales, tracking agent production, leading training sessions, organizing sales meetings, and supporting recruiting efforts. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, she’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly. Known as the “Jack of All Trades” in the office, Donna blends efficiency, organization, and an upbeat spirit in everything she does. Outside of work, she’s happiest with her toes in the sand, cheering on her beloved New York Yankees, or enjoying family time with her husband Dennis and their son Tommy.
